 First step: Your initial consultation with your coordinator and project manager. This meeting will have you personally connected and on track. From here we will create your timeline and ever important checklist. If you have vendors yet to be found we will create a personalized referral list- from the best of the best. Six-Week Mark: Your coordinator will meet you at your venue or with a key vendor (flowers, anyone?). Weekly updates with your day-of timeline, vendor confirmations, contract reviews and a streamlined contact form for smooth clear communication. Wedding Week: The week of your wedding we will be there. Happy to help with pick-ups and deliveries, last minute changes or adjustments. We follow-up with all of your vendors and make sure everyone is on their mark!  Your Rehearsal: Your coordinator and project manager will get to know your wedding party personally at your rehearsal. Helping usher your crew down the aisle with a smile is our specialty. Whether we are working with your officiant in-person or planning alone we will make sure that everyone feels ready to go come wedding day. Your BIG Day: On your wedding day take a breath of fresh air while your make-up is getting done, your tables are being set, and an attendant will always be nearby with an extra safety pin. Go ahead and dance the night away! We’ll collect your gifts, professionally package up your special items and send you off with a smile. ~$2,500~ There is no fine print, no mysterious calculations or numerous variables.
